Core

The Core is what a person is, kept apart from what a person wears. Memory, disposition, the continuous self — held in registry, backed up under the terms of the holder's standing.

A frame without a Core is a shell. A Core without a frame is a registry entry and a waiting period.

Every Core carries a verified signature. Signatures do not repeat. The registry's whole authority rests on that sentence, and this record does not qualify it.
